California Health Workforce Education and Training Council
California Health and Safety Code Section 128250
There is hereby created a California Health Workforce Education and Training Council that shall be responsible for helping coordinate California’s health workforce education and training to develop a health workforce that meets California’s health care needs.

The council is composed of 18 members who, together, represent various graduate medical education and training programs, health professions, including, but not limited to, specialties for primary care and behavioral health, and consumer representatives who shall serve at the pleasure of their appointing authorities, as follows:
