Outreach and Communication
How does your hospital encourage and seek out minority, women, LGBT, and disabled veteran business enterprises to become potential suppliers?
Natividad has reached out to various organizations which support the various diverse supplier categories to inquire about networking opportunities and/or membership. Such outreach includes but is not limited to the NMSDC, the WBEND, and the NGLCC. Natividad's Supplier Diversity Policy is in the process of internal committee and board approvals. Once the policy is approved it will be posted on the Natividad website on the Vendor page. At that time a mechanism for Diverse Suppliers to contact Natividad to inquire about doing business will be posted on the website as well along with the policy.
