We conduct various workshops throughout the year and we are a member of the Sacramento Public Agency Consortium (SacPAC) that we work with to educate potential suppliers on how to do business with us and other member agencies. The Sacramento Rainbow chambers is a member of SacPAC.

The Mental Health Treatment Center (MHTC) is a program within the County of Sacramento Department of Health Services (DHS) and abides by the bidding and contracting policies of the County's Department of General Services (DGS). DGS is responsible for bidding and managing the majority of Sacramento County's Countywide Contracts. A small number of specialty psychiatric services contracts are bid (as required) and executed annually by the MHTC. These contracts are procured following County procurement and bidding guidelines.
