| It has come to our attention that prospective applicants for the Certified Wellness Coach Employer Support Grant are encountering a problem with setting up their organization Profile. In order to proceed with your application without delay, please follow these steps: |
| Step 1: In the Profile screen, please select “No” to the first two radio buttons as shown in the graphic below. Step 2: Once these selections are made and the additional required fields are filled out, click on the SUBMIT button. You will then be able to proceed with completing the application. |
