Yes
How the hospital made the Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA) available to the public:
The Community Health Department shared the Community Health Needs Assessment with local community stakeholders (community-based organizations, faith based organizations, and schools) via a monthly digital Community in Health newsletter. The CHNA is also made available to the Community Benefit Committee, and with all non-profit organizations that considered applying or did apply for a Community Health Improvement Grant. CHNA significant needs are integral to these restricted contributions for services that address the health and well-being of vulnerable and underserved populations.
