The assessment was made available in both electronic and printed formats, ensuring broad accessibility and convenience for all stakeholders. The hospital also shared the CHNA with all community non-profit organizations that considered applying or did apply for a Community Health Improvement Grant. CHNA significant needs are integral to these restricted contributions for services that address the health and well-being of vulnerable and underserved populations.
