The Market Director of Community Health shared the CHNA results with community groups, inviting suggestions on how the hospital can best facilitate ongoing communication and collaborative action. The hospital shared the CHNA with all community non-profit organizations that considered applying or did apply for a Community Health Improvement Grant. CHNA significant needs are integral to these restricted contributions for services that address the health and well-being of vulnerable and underserved populations.
