As part of our overall HHMH Mission, Vision, and Values, the Materials Management Department is responsible for overseeing relationships between HHMH and its suppliers, ensuring that all interactions are conducted with the highest ethical and professional standards. Our suppliers play a vital role in the continued success of HHMH, and in turn, Materials Management is committed to supporting our suppliers in achieving their objectives. One example of this commitment is our Supplier Diversity Program, which promotes engagement and commerce with small, disadvantaged, and diverse-owned businesses.

HHMH remains committed to developing a diverse and competitive supplier pipeline. As part of this effort, we actively recruit and engage qualified suppliers to expand our vendor network and support this initiative.

We continue to broaden our supplier base by widening the pool of vendors and promoting healthy competition within the supply chain. This approach enhances overall value, improves service levels, reduces supply risk, and increases procurement opportunities across a diverse range of qualified businesses, including small, disadvantaged, and diverse-owned enterprises.

As part of our commitment to supplier diversity, HHMH Buyers, along with a member of HHMH’s Project Management Office (PMO), actively recruit and engage suppliers to expand our network and support inclusive procurement practices. All prospective suppliers are asked to disclose their diversity status, which is an important consideration in the evaluation and selection process.
