This involves a through assessment of our current practices and the establishment of sustainable strategies to foster a more inclusive supplier base.

The facility attempts to prioritize vendors who are in line with Heritage Oaks Hospital's policy on non-discrimination and equal opportunity hiring.

Mainly the facility is active in supports multiple organizations in the community and is an integral part of the community on its own.
