Prime Healthcare hospitals are committed to providing Small Business, Minority Owned, Women Owned, Lesbian, Gay, Bi-Sexual and Transgender Owned (LGBQ), Veteran Owned and Disabled Veteran Owned an equal opportunity to compete for and earn contracts for the goods and services hospital purchase. Hospitals will strive to make it easier for vendors to find procurement opportunities and for the hospital to identify available vendors.

Prime Healthcare is contracted with Healthtrust Purchasing Organization (HPG). HPG has a committed model and self-guidance standards; they manage the contracting and have programs to encourage diversity suppliers, believing it is beneficial to members and clients.

Prime Healthcare is contracted with Healthtrust Purchasing Organization. HPG has a committed model and they manage the contracting and have programs to encourage diversity suppliers. Buyers are encouraged to pursue suppliers through Healthtrust who are identified as diversity vendors.

It is our policy at Prime Healthcare to promote, increase and improve the quality of the overall participation of diverse suppliers. We are open to being contacted by diversity groups and will direct them to our GPO for further vetting and value proposition. We believe diverse suppliers bring value to our hospitals through their unique skills and innovative ideas.
