HCAI is seeking public input on the Alternative Birthing Clinics (ABC) requirements found in the California Building Standards Code, Title 24, California Code of Regulations. This meeting is the first step to right-size OSHPD 3 Title 24 ABC requirements to enable more ABCs to seek OSHPD 3 compliance. Please see the Agenda and meeting materials below for more information.
