NorthBay Healthcare (NBHC) will maintain the same commitment to inclusion, diversity and equal opportunity in supplier selection, we apply to hiring and day-to-day operations. It's a part of our corporate culture and it's who we are; not just something we do. This policy outlines our commitment to increase awareness internally and ensure certified California diverse suppliers can complete for NorthBay contracts when Vizient or CAPTIS contract requirements do not exist or are not in-place. NorthBay partners with Vizient and CAPTIS in-part because of their supplier diversity program.

We do this through purchases of goods and services from diverse suppliers when and where possible.. The Vizient Supplier Diversity/Supplier Gateway software system wil be used to identify certified diverse suppliers, especially for local purchased services.
