Report on Promoting High Value Health Care in California, 2023-2024
The Office of Health Care Affordability (OHCA) has published the Report on Promoting High Value Health Care in California, 2023-2024. This report presents baseline information on alternative payment model (APM) adoption and primary care spending for 2023 and 2024 prior to implementation of APM adoption goals and primary care investment benchmarks.

Report on Health Care Spending Trends in California, 2023-2024
OHCA has published the Interim Report: Health Care Spending Trends in California, 2023-2024. This report provides a second assessment of health care spending in California prior to the statewide spending target taking effect for performance year 2025.
Quality and Equity Measure Set
- On October 9, 2026, OHCA posted its proposed update to the OHCA Quality and Equity Measure Set to include Healthcare-Associated Infection measures for hospitals for a 30-day public comment period. Public comments will be accepted until November 8, 2026.
