Advisory Loan Insurance Committee Meeting

The Advisory Loan Insurance Committee (ALIC) reviews loan insurance applications that have been recommended for approval by Cal-Mortgage; the commitee recommends whether an application should be approved by the HCAI Director, and whether conditions should be attached to that approval. The commitee assists the HCAI Director in formulating policies concerning financial analysis, management, operation, construction, improvement, and expansion of healthcare facilities.
