November Primary Care Snapshot Workgroup

The multi-stakeholder Department of Health Care Access and Information (HCAI) Health of Primary Care in California Snapshot Workgroup will provide primary care policy, data, and clinical expertise in the development and implementation of the Snapshot. The goal of the Snapshot is to create a shared understanding of the health of California’s primary care sector and track progress towards equitable, high-quality, and sustainable primary care for all Californians.
