Payment to Agency Reports

HCAI uses the Fair Political Practices Commission (FPPC) Form 801 to report gifts accepted by the Director on behalf of HCAI that are used for official HCAI business, consistent with the FPPC regulations. (Cal. Code Regs., tit. 2, §§ 18944, 18950.1.)
