The 2020-2025 Workforce Education and Training (WET) program will address the shortage of mental health practitioners in the public mental health system (PMHS) through a framework that engages Regional Partnerships and supports individuals through pipeline development, undergraduate scholarships, education stipends, and educational loan repayment. The Hospital Diversity Commission is comprised of stakeholders and experts who will advise and provide recommendations to the HCAI Director and the hospital industry on the best methods to increase procurement with diverse suppliers within the hospital industry. The commission will also promote and provide outreach to hospitals that are actively engaged in supplier diversity issues.
