Hosptial Facilities Seismic Safety Legislation: AB2190, SB90, SB306 Extension , SB 499, and SB 1661

HCAI provides confidential patient-level data sets to eligible hospitals and health departments. California Licensed Hospitals and Local Health Departments are eligible to request Limited Data Set versions of HCAI’s patient-level data.

HCAI produces various data products and analytic reports using HPD data to support the goals of the program. HCAI anticipates continuing to advance the accessibility and usefulness of HPD public reports as the database becomes more comprehensive and HCAI builds its capacity over time.

The California Rural Health Transformation (CalRHT) program is California’s approach to the federal Rural Health Transformation Program (RHTP), led by the Department of Health Care Access and Information, with Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) oversight. CalRHT is designed to strengthen health care delivery in rural communities where access challenges, workforce shortages, and infrastructure gaps create unique barriers to care.

Loan repayment programs offer financial support to health professionals who agree to provide direct patient care in medically underserved areas (for a qualified facility).
