This grant opportunity will result in funding organizations to educate and train primary care residents to work in underserved communities.

Eligibility
Accredited primary care residency training programs (Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Obstetrics and Gynecology, or Pediatrics), either traditional or Teaching Health Center (THC).
Application Dates
- Open July 25, 2025, at 3:00 p.m.
- Early Submission Review August 27, 2025, at 3:00 p.m.
- Close September 8, 2025, at 3:00 p.m.
Eligible programs may apply for Existing, Expansion, THC, or New Program funding.
