How to log in to HCAI Funding Portal
Starting April 9, 2024, all users will be required to create a new account.
To protect the privacy and security of all our applicants, the HCAI Funding Portal will now require all users to log in using multifactor authentication. This is a state-wide effort to update our applications to the latest standard of user security.
Current users must use the same email address as their original account to ensure they connect it to the new account.
- To create an account using an existing email address and a password, click the “Sign up now” link below the green “Sign in” button and follow the steps provided. Users will get an email with an authentication code to enter.
- To create an account using a Google or Microsoft account, the email address must be the same as the one used for the original Funding Portal account; click the appropriate button and follow the steps. The user’s Google or Microsoft account will authenticate the user.
New users with no existing account will simply follow the prompts to create a new account.
Known issue with uploading files from Mac/Safari
Some Mac users have encountered issues with uploading documents to their application. We are working on fixing the issue, but using Chrome seems to work for most Mac users. Please try using Google Chrome to finish your application.
Troubleshooting tips for address lookup
If you are entering your address into the Funding Portal address tool and getting no results, try modifying your search by
- entering your address as it is displayed in Google Maps,
