350 participants across 40 focus groups included communities and populations of adults, Black/African American community, Cambodian community, foodbank users, Hispanic/Latino community , justice system involved residents, migrant workers, LGBTQIA+ community, opioid safety stakeholders, residents living with chronic diseases and disabilities, residents from specific San Joaquin geographies, unhoused residents and youth. Twelve key informant interviews were performed from the following organizations: Catholic Charities, San Joaquin Public Health Services, San Joaquin County Continuum of Care, San Joaquin County Behavioral Health Services, El Concilio Council for the Spanish Speaking, Community Medical Centers, Family Resource and Referral Center, San Joaquin Department of Aging and Community Services, Center Valley Gender Health and Wellness and First 5 of San Joaquin.
