The year the hospital last conducted a Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA):
2025
What community groups attended or engaged with the most recent CHNA process? Identify the vulnerable populations represented by these:
CHLA engaged approximately 65 community organizations in the 2025 CHNA through surveys, community discussions, key informant input, and the 2024 Youth Health and Wellness Prioritization Summit. Engagement included other departments or agencies with current data or information relevant to community health needs, such as the Los Angeles County Department of Public Health, Los Angeles Unified School District, Housing Authority of the City of Los Angeles, Charles R. Drew University, Los Angeles County Fire Department, Boys & Girls Clubs of Metro Los Angeles, YMCA of Metro LA, and other youth-serving organizations. Rather than identifying individual vulnerable populations, CHLA emphasized inclusion across the broader Los Angeles County population by engaging organizations and residents from diverse geographic, cultural, linguistic, and socioeconomic backgrounds. The full list of invited organizations is included in Appendix D of the 2025 CHNA.
Does the Hospital make the CHNA report widely available to the public?
