Input was collected through stakeholder interviews, community surveys, focus groups, and planning meetings with organizations representing vulnerable populations including low income individuals, uninsured and underinsured residents, seniors, ethnic minorities, individuals experiencing homelessness, behavioral health populations, and patients with chronic medical needs.
