1. St Rose Hospital has opened an online registration for all vendors who qualify under this program. The vendors can register the details of goods and services they can provide and this information is maintained by the Materials Management department. These vendors are contacted for future business needs. 2. Materials Management department also encourages to push these registered vendors for goods and services.

1. Material Management Department emphasizes the need of encouraging supplier diversity regularly in hospital's leadership meetings. The leaders are asked to spread the word to their employees, which in turn will motivate the Supplier Diversity program.

How does your hospital conduct outreach and communication to minority, women, LGBT, and disabled veteran business enterprises?

1. Hospital's foundation, while conducting its community outreach, will also promote Supplier diversity to the vendors and participants of the community. 2. Mass emails will be send out explaining the program and encouraging the vendors to register.

St Rose Hospital supports organizations that promote or certify minority, women, LGBT, and disabled veteran business enterprises by: 1. Online registering of minority, LGBT, Woman Owned and disabled veteran business enterprises. this information is to be prioritized whenever there is a need. 2. The Materials Management department will evaluate “Diverse Suppliers” list provided by its GPO, on monthly basis. The report highlights suppliers that qualify under “Supplier Diversity” and can provide opportunity for goods and services. 3. St Rose Hospital will pass on the Supplier Diversity program information in community gatherings, which includes local business owners and community representatives. The Materials Management Department will also encourage hospital leadership to spread the word, encouraging minority businesses to enroll to the St Rose Hospital - “Supplier Diversity” portal
