We aim to connect with underrepresented communities and benefit from their rich diversity and talent. Through these efforts, we aim to create a more inclusive and diverse supplier network that reflects our core values.

As part of our commitment to fostering partnerships with diverse businesses, we actively encourage our employees involved in procurement to seek out and connect with these underrepresented communities. Additionally, we are a part of the group purchasing organization "Premier" who actively seeks out minority, women and small veteran (veteran, disabled veteran, service-disabled veteran) and LGBTQ+ business enterprises. By engaging with such organizations, we aim to benefit from their rich diversity and talent while providing equal opportunities for all potential suppliers. Our outreach efforts are designed to create a more inclusive and diverse supplier network that aligns with our core values of respect, equality, and inclusion.
