Banner’s 60,000 and growing team members are at the heart of everything we do – and we’re committed to ensuring every one of them experiences a genuine sense of belonging. That means equitably sharing and celebrating the perspectives, backgrounds and cultures from which they come. Our Team Member Resource Groups (TMRGs) serve as a cornerstone of that commitment. Through eight resource groups, Banner supports team members as allies, members and non-members, connecting with organizations like chambers of commerce that champion women, minority populations, LGBTQIA+ individuals, veterans and team members from all walks of life.
