2. Goals and Timetables
Please describe your hospital's short-term goals and timetables, but not quotas, for increasing procurement from women, minority, LGBT, and disabled veteran business enterprises
Casa Colina believes in equal opportunity and fair competition. The majority of our purchases occur through a healthcare group purchasing organization (GPO) which is to ensure our fiscal responsibility to obtain the best quality supplies at the best price. However, for any major purchases outside of the GPO, Casa Colina uses a 3 bid process and welcome any qualified bidder to bid on our needed good or service. Our short term goal is to encourage more active bidding from diverse suppliers in our market.
