ECRMC values and celebrates diversity and inclusion within its workforce, business partnerships, and the communities it serves. ECRMC is committed to supporting the economic development of its local communities through partnerships with Diverse Suppliers and small businesses.

Short-Term Supplier Diversity Goals (6–12 Months): 1. Establish a baseline for current diverse supplier spending. 2. Create a database of qualified diverse suppliers. 3. Track and report supplier diversity metrics quarterly; and 5. work with prime vendor in Identifying new opportunities to award contracts to diverse suppliers.
