The 2025 CHNA is on the Montage Health website. www.montagehealth.org/chna. It is also included on United Way of Monterey County’s website www.unitedwaymcca.org/HealthyMontereyCounty We share the CHNA with community partners and encourage organizations that apply for community benefit program grants to review the data. Presentations on the CHNA results were held on October 7, 2025 (virtual) and February 11, 2026 (in person) for local community organizations.
