Eight listening sessions were held with specific communities who have unique needs: Asian American/Native Hawaiian/Pacific Islander (AANHPI), Black/African American, Individuals with Disabilities, Older Adults, Korean speaking, Spanish speaking in South Orange County, and Vietnamese speaking. Community Based Organizations (CBOs), school districts and educational institutions, Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHC), medical centers, faith-based, community based organizations, law enforcement, cities, and government agencies also engaged in the CHNA process. Additionally, several partners were critical in their outreach and facilitation of resident listening sessions. Those include: The Cambodian Family, the Illumination Institute, Korean Community Services (KCS), the LGBTQ Center Orange County, the Orange County Aging Services Collaborative, HEAL Collective, UNIDOS South Orange County, and Vital Access Care Foundation (VACF).
