This revenue created an adjustment within the Community Health Improvement Services – Broader Category, resulting in a negative balance of ($197,512). Because the HCAI submission form does not currently accept negative figures, the system-generated totals are incorrect. The correct totals for reporting should be as follows: Community Health Improvement Services – Broader Category: ($197,512) Total Community Benefits (Community Health Improvement Services) – Broader + Vulnerable: $280,004 Total Other Benefits – All Broader Categories: $3,891,452 Total Other Benefits - Vulnerable + Broader: $5,041,318 Total Community Benefits – Broader Category: $3,891,452 Total Community Benefits – Vulnerable + Broader (All Categories): $58,425,770 Total Community Benefits with Medicare – Vulnerable + Broader: $178,209,869 Please see attached Community Benefit Report/Plan and HCAI submission template for further details.
