Ballard Rehabilitation Hospital plans to continue working with its group purchasing organization and corporate supply-chain partners to identify qualified diverse suppliers and expand competitive purchasing opportunities when operationally appropriate. The hospital will also explore opportunities to improve supplier-diversity information and tracking while continuing to prioritize patient safety, quality, availability, and responsible use of resources.

Ballard Rehabilitation Hospital plans to continue working with its group purchasing organization and corporate supply-chain partners to identify qualified diverse suppliers and support equitable access to purchasing opportunities. As opportunities arise, the hospital will consider supplier diversity alongside patient safety, quality, availability, operational needs, and cost-effectiveness. Additional facility-level tracking and reporting processes are still being evaluated and developed.
