Disparities for each hospital equity measure are identified by comparing the rate ratios by stratification groups. Rate ratios are calculated differently for measures with preferred low rates and those with preferred high rates. Rate ratios are calculated after applying the California Health and Human Services Agency's "Data De-Identification Guidelines (DDG)," dated September 23, 2016.

2. Equity Plan
Although our data did not identify health disparities, our team remains committed to advancing health equity. We have prioritized actionable strategies to address key barriers, such as language access, and are implementing targeted interventions to improve care for underserved populations.
Disparity: Improve access to interpreter services for non-English speakers. Expanded professional teaching materials in top languages spoken through our AMN interpreter services, including Braille.
