NorthBay Healthcare will maintain the same commitment to inclusion, diversity and equal opportunity in supplier selection that we apply to hiring and to day-to-day operations. It's part of our corporate culture and it's who we are, not just something we do. This policy outlines our commitment to increase awareness internally and ensure certified California diverse suppliers can complete for NorthBay contracts when Vizient or CAPTIS contract requirements do not exist or are no in-place. NorthBay partners with Vizient and CAPTIS in-part because of their supplier diversity programs.
