1. Policy Statement

Supplier Diversity Policy Statement

NorthBay Healthcare will maintain the same commitment to inclusion, diversity and equal opportunity in supplier selection that we apply to hiring and to day-to-day operations. It's part of our corporate culture and it's who we are, not just something we do. Our commitment is to increase awareness internally and ensure certified California diverse suppliers can compete for NorthBay contracts when there is not a conflict with a Vizient or CAPTIS contract. NorthBay partners with Vizient and CAPTIS in-part because of their supplier diversity programs.

When evaluating new vendors, we research options through Vizient and consider vendors who have reached out to us.
