1. Policy Statement

Supplier Diversity Policy Statement

NorthBay is contractually obligated to Vizient Group Purchasing (GPO) and CAPTIS procurement contracts. We will monitor our diversity spend by subscribing to the Vizient Community Contracting, Diversity Spend Analysis program. Particular focus will be placed on Tier II spend of the major medical manufactures we must purchase from for patient care safety/quality and contractual requirements. NorthBay Health (NBH) will maintain the same commitment to inclusion, diversity and equal opportunity in supplier selection, we apply to hiring and day-to-day operations. It’s a part of our corporate culture and it's who we are; not just something we do.
