The Department of Health Care Access and Information (HCAI), Office of Statewide Hospital Planning and Development (OSHPD), is soliciting for Request for Qualifications (RFQ) from structural engineering firms, to provide independent structural review of construction documents of building structures and development of HCAI Preapproved Details (OPDs) for the construction of hospitals and skilled nursing facilities, in compliance with the California Building Standards Code, Title 24 California Code of Regulations (CCR); Code Application Notice(s) (CAN) and Policy Intent Notice(s) (PIN) etc.
