Supplier Diversity Policy Statement

The purpose of this policy is to define the goals Montage Health has set forth in regard to doing business with women and minority-owned business enterprises. It is the stance of Montage Health that diversity strengthens a contract portfolio and is beneficial to the local community and, subsequently, the patients served.

2. Goals and Timetables

With the assistance of our Vizient GPO and our aggregate membership with the West Coast Purchasing Coalition (WCPC), we remain committed to working together in the identification of new supplier diversity opportunities to engage in.

We continue working with our Vizient GPO and the West Coast Purchasing Coalition (WCPC) to identify and engage qualified diverse suppliers. Our goal is to further incorporate supplier diversity into procurement planning while ensuring suppliers meet our quality, clinical, and operational requirements.

Through our Vizient GPO and aggregate membership with the West Coast Purchasing Coalition (WCPC), we continue to review sourcing and contract opportunities.

We work closely with Vizient and the WCPC to support the identification of potential suppliers while ensuring they meet our quality, clinical, and operational requirements.

Vizient and the WCPC provide access to supplier diversity resources, sourcing opportunities, and qualified supplier networks. We continue exploring additional opportunities to engage suppliers while ensuring they meet our quality, clinical, and operational requirements.

Through our Vizient GPO and aggregate membership with the West Coast Purchasing Coalition (WCPC), we participate in procurement networks that supports diverse spending. They provide access to supplier diversity resources, certified supplier information, and contracting opportunities. We continue evaluating additional opportunities.

Through our Vizient GPO and WCPC membership, we work to identify and address potential barriers. Throughout the process, suppliers must continue to meet applicable our quality, clinical, and operational requirements.
