Outreach and Communication
How does your hospital encourage and seek out minority, women, LGBT, and disabled veteran business enterprises to become potential suppliers?
We don't, we rely on suppliers reaching out to us. As we are a small community hospital, we don't have a ton of resources to do outreach efforts for suppliers. Our GPO Healthtrust provides us with good contracted rates and we utilize those contracts to maximize efficiency in our costs.

We don't reach out to businesses such we don't encourage employees to seek out other business ventures.
