The 2022 California Building Standards Code, Title 24 of the California Code of Regulations, Intervening Code Supplement changes will become effective July 1, 2024.

PIN 72 – Emergency Work Authorization
HCAI Policy Intent Notice (PIN) 72 clarifies the process for which facilities will need to follow when requesting Emergency Authorization to Proceed (EAP) for the projects that require immediate remediation in order to keep Health Care Facilities functional to serve and protect patient care services in the physical environment.
